2:00 - 5:00 Prosperity Game Exercise Objective: This is an opportunity to experience a vision of the future.
Topic: To utilize mutual gains negotiations leading to the wide use of M&S for decision making.
How: The game is implemented on the conference web site and can be played from this time onward for a period of one year.

Objective: Help participants understand the nature of the dynamic mechanisms they have to capture in modeling their own company or other organization.
Topics: Include system definition, boundaries, sources of variability, system extent; model: boundary, process, context.
How to use models and simulation to negotiate within the system, how to build complexity without making things more complicated.
How: Stand up instruction and group activities and exercise. New media TBD.
